Q x d2 is winning. The bishop can't take the queen because of the knight fork. White's queen can capture the bishop 23. Qxa4. Not sure of black's best move after this. (I thought maybe Qd3 check and then Qc2, but that doesn't seem to make progress). It could simply be 23 ... Q x g7, capturing the f & g pawns. In any event, I think it would be winning for black.
