A real practical puzzle. I don't think I have seen this one before, but I have seen a Reti study similar to the above without the Bishop. I believe the key concept in that one was that it take the same number of moves to go Kf8-Kf7-Kf6 etc-Kf1 - as Kf8-Ke7-Kd6-Kc5-Kd4-etc-Kf1.
So, my initial thought here is that we want to play the K to c5 to stop the bishop from stopping the White pawn from b5. What about the other side ? Well, it looks like the advancing g pawn may just get in the way of the Bishop getting to h5.
1 Ke7 g5 2. Kd6 g4 3.e7 Bb5 4. Kc5 Be8 5. Kd4 and draws.

The idea of King going to c5 looks good but I would propose it with a little deviation to gain a tempo on the way.
My preception is go with 1) Ke7 g5 2) Kd6 g4 3) e7 (( direct approach of Kc5 loses to black playing g3 followed by Bh5))
3)...Bb5 4) Kc5 ! Be8 5) Kd4 (aligns king in the square-box of the Queening pawn) 6) g3 Ke3 =

2.Kd6 (still threatening to go back to black's pawn while giving the option to attack the b5 square) g4. (this move blocks one route for black to return his bishop to defend against white's promotion. So...)
3.e7 Bb5
4.Kc5 (Hitting the bishop and gaining a tempo to catch up to the pawn on the other side of the board.) Be8
5.Kd4 (white catches up to the pawn and if black protects it by moving the bishop then white just promotes the e-pawn to distract it.) Kb6
6.Ke3 Kc7
7.Kf4 Bh5
8.e8B Kd8
9.Bxh5 Ke7
10.Kg3 Kf6
11.Bxg4
