Brian Evans 1962-2012

Brian Evans has passed away.  Brian was one of most active players in the past few years, and in fact had played as recently as the 2012 January TNT.

Below is a link to his CFC results

He was a solid C-player, with his rating rarely outside the 1500-1600 range.  But I will remember him most for his gentle demeanour, his unfailing willingness to  help  set up early on Tuesdays, and the brief chats we had before the rounds.

BRIAN JOHN EVANS November 11, 1962 - February 27, 2012 Suddenly on Monday, February 27, 2012, Brian passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 49 years. Viewing will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at Glen Lawn Funeral Home (204) 982-7550
