I accidentally noticed the solution on my computer before completing my analysis, but I was heading in the right direction.
1. Qa3 - keeps the K off the third and sets up mates with Bd3
1...Kb1 2.Nc4 Nxc4 3. Bd3#
1...Na4 2.Nc4
1...Kd2 2. Qxb2+ Ke1 3. Nd3#
