The solution is 1.Re1!
if the rook on a2 moves, Nb2#
If d6 pawn moves Nc5#
If knight on c2 moves Qb4#
If 1...b2 Qb4# due to the pin on the c2 knight
Black apparently has no checks at his/her disposal.
