My applogies for the previous incorrect diagram that was missing the knight on h8. In that version there are two solution, 1. Nd5 or 1. Qxf7. Thanks to our anonymous commenter for pointing out the 'cook' in the previous diagram.

Qxf7 appears to be a cook. I think the intended solution was Nd5.
If Kxc8 2. Nb6
If Kxc6 2. Qxd6
If dxe5 2. Rd8
If Ba7 2. R(6)xc7
You are correct - thanks! Working off the diagram from the print version, I did not see the black knight on the dark square.
