Okay solvers, this is an easy one, I found it within a minute. All the clues are quite transparent.

The rather obvious move is 1. Bd3 after which there is no satisfactory way to defend against 2. Kc4 without creating another fatal weakness.
Example:
1...Bb3 breaks the pin on the b4 bishop who then mates on e7.
1...Rxb4 2. Kxb4# is rather forcing.
1...Ba4+ 2. Kc4#
1...Bb2 again breaks the pin on the b4 bishop.
The last option available to Black is 1...Ng6 creating an escape square on h6 however
2. Rxg6# puts a wrench in those plans.
